Ytd was my last day.was too tired to blog cos it's already 10+ when i got home.have alot of gan3 chu4 which i cant express them in words here.and i dunno where to start.many bits and pieces which i have to put tgt in my head.

let's start in the morning.

i came into office carrying the paper bag with the cards and small gifts for my colleagues.everything was as per normal.i went down to 17th floor to collect the mails and shun bian pass Mary the card i've made for her.i've placed it in a recycled envelope which is meant for internal mailing.she asked me wat was it and i jus pretended it's the normal medical claims which was to be passed to her.hehe!and,i saw a big round BLUE balloon with "happy birthday" written on it,on mary's table,tgt with a really nice bouquet of rochers chocolates and a cake!well,obviously it wasnt meant for me la.it's for my boss,stephen.his bday is today and alice went to order all those to give him a surprise.the most lame thing is she asked the person to sign off as "secret admirer"!DAT is so uncreative can!Lolx!he's a father of 3 already lor.anw,he went down to collect personally after mary called his line telling him there's something for him.haha!during the time when he was downstairs,hazel asked me whether i will like my future boyfriend or husband to give dat kind of surprise for me wor.i was stunned.haha!i dun mind actually!hehe!but please leave the "secret admirer" part OUT!i tink it's stupid!haha!ok.when my boss came in with the stuffs,it was soooo FARNIE!he was blushing and i tot the blood vessels in his face are going to burst any minute!!!he was trying hard to hide the balloon but it was so very obvious dat no matter how he hides it,i tink people sitting near the pantry are still able to get their eyes on it!LOLx!

Lunchtime!

it was drizzling then so we went to KeyPoint.Ate xia1 mian4.nothing special.on our way back,me and my cousin snapped photos of the concourse building!my cousin helped me to take pics of me standing under dat towering building!we were snapping and snapping all the way back to the office!=P took at 17th floor with dat big "PANASONIC" logo,at the reception and with mary,in the conference room,in the lift as we go up & at my desk.i distributed the cards and gifts to them!everyone's reactions were "haiyo,so sweet of you","so thoughtful...","u made the card urself ah?very creative leh...",and of cos,many "thank U"s!really happy dat they like the stuffs i gave them =))!and i made them happy too!hehe!=D

Katty was on leave ytd but she came back at 5pm to cut the cake and for me to pass all the folders and files back to her.i tink the whole world noes dat it was my last day when i started clearing up my table.haha!was walking around putting things back in the storeroom.some of the colleagues was asking me "last day?so when does sch start?" and wishing me all the best and stuff.Veera was funny cos he actually tot i would be coming back to work after i graduate.hahaha!then when i went to the acounts department to pass some things,lilian asked "sinyee?how come u're still here?",haha.yeah,shouldnt be but was on mc last thur so end up my last day was ytd instead of thur.

anw,we cut the cake in the moon room (a meeting room actually) and my cam was put in good use again!the cake is superb,yummily delicious!!!cheese cake with chocolate cookies topping!!!*thumbs up* after much "haha","wah,heng hao chi hor!","boss,u better go find out who's ur secret admirer so dat she can give u these every year",we went out and got prepared to leave for dinner.before dat i took pics with baba san!!he's very cute lor,still asked me whether he can stand closer when we took the pic and asked to take a look at the pic after it was taken to see if it's nice.haha!no wonder people said japanese are nice and well-mannered people.=) he even shook my hand thanking me for my support and told me he's very happy to have me worked there for so long!*beamz*=)

dinner with stephen,alice,katty,hazel,waiwai and my cousin at the esplanade colours by the bay food centre.we bought fried hokkien mee,fried kway teow,stingrays,satays,chicken wings,da4 tou2(it's a clam-like thingy),prawn omelette,sotongs and a snail-like shells which i tried for the very 1st time in my 19 years of life!according to katty,it's called "gong gong" (like blur blur.haha!).

Really had a Great time ytd!=D =D

oh!forgot to mention!on thurs,agnes gave me a prezzie!!it's a winnie the pooh floor mat!so nice of her lor!i didnt expect anyone to give me anything wor!then ytd,mary gave me a necklace.the pendant is a shellshaped crystal!very shiny and nice!=D she's like a mother in the office to me la!always remind me to study hard and gives me advice on things.and she's a modern and pretty mum ok!u should see how she dresses everyday.haha!

Jen in reading:U noe dat indian guy who took the same lift down with us after work?de one who said he lives in braddell and was super shocked when he learned dat it was ur last day then?on tue,when i came into the office rite,i saw him coming in as well.den he asked "how's ur fren?"so...i told him u're happily sleeping @ home!wahaha!=P he also asked when's my last day.when i told him is this fri(which is ytd),he was as shocked as the other time lor!his expression was so FarNie!Lolx!!

i jus learned from senior through email dat u might get a single room instead cos the double rooms are mostly reserved by MOE for those PRC scholars!should i be glad?haha!less things to worry about!i'm checking in on the 24th jul.i wun be bringing in my laptop in so soon so wun hear from me for quite a while.=( hope the people there are fun and nice and the activities will be happening enough so dat i wun have the time to miss home.haha!i'll miss my bed and pooh pooh which i hug everyday before i sleep!Also,this means i only have one week left to slack,rot,play and shop!sigh!only one conclusion:time flies!
