Holiday week 2

I am back! reached home ytd night. Feeling very lazy to blog these days. where have i been the past few days?
Last friday my whole family went to my waipo's house in jB to stay over for a night. The next day is saturday and we have to attend a wedding dinner in the evening in muar. My uncle and aunt came to fetch us in the morning and we drove down to melaka. We reached at around noon and had a nice chicken rice lunch my 小姑 prepared. After which she brought us to a fashion shop which sells clothes. After trying on 3 pieces of dress, I was persuaded to get one becos both my aunts said it looks nice on me plus the quality of the dress is not bad. It's a black and white checkered dress. 小姑 bought it for me in the end. Mama kept pushing her the money she kept pushing it away. dots. Well, i'm happy with my dress. hee.
The wedding dinner that evening was a vegetarian dinner. It was our first time eating a vegetarian wedding dinner. And also my first time having a wedding dinner at a school's parade square。 Of cos it was well decorated with a stage and red carpet and all. BUT there was no air-conditioning. I heard that there was no restaurant offering vegetarian wedding dinner there so have to do with this. Wondering why it is vegetarian? Becaus the bridesgroom himself is a vegetarian. Initially i had high expectations for the dishes cos heard that some vegetarian dinner not bad de. But then, was disappointed. Out of the 8 dishes that night, i think only half is edible and nice (especially the dessert which is chocolate ice-cream). haha. I didnt eat alot but was feeling bloated after the dinner. Maybe is becos of flour. Most of the dishes is like flour-made.
ok. Apart from the dishes, the bride is very pretty. haha.
The next day, Sunday, we celebrated my ah ma's 80th 大壽! My aunt cooked curry chicken, fried bee hoon, fried chicken and dessert we have "orh jut bee" and longan plus 海底椰. The fried chicken super nice. Nicer than KFC i dare say. Almost all my father's side of the family was there except my 叔叔 and his family. After singing the birthday song and blowing the candles, we had a mini photo-taking session. We took our 全家幅 too! (:
After that mama papa and my bro followed my uncle and aunt back to jB to my waipo's hse again. For me, i stayed over for one more day. The following day which is monday which is hari raya haji, dar and his family came to melaka despite the rain. Quite paiseh actually cos i felt that if i'm not in melaka, they probably wun have come on a rainy day la. Anyway, met him and his family in the late afternoon. Walked around at jonker street, they shopped for their souvenirs and went to the famous 觀音廟 in melaka. We had satay celup for dinner at a place i haven been to before. It's not the popular satay celup stall. We wanted to go there but expected long queue during dinner time so went to this one instead. After dinner, went shopping for his daddy's and sisters' cny clothes. Then, drove back to kluang and reached at around midnight.
Watched Madagascar 2 dvd at his house. I dun tink it's very nice leh. Not very funny also. Luckily i never go watch in the cinema. I wanna watch bolt next! hee. On tuesday morning, his daddy brought us out for breakfast. Had bak kut teh, 豬腳醋 and 鹹菜. A sumptous breakfast. haha. Then, followed dar to cut hair and had a late lunch at an indian stall. Masala thosai and teh ice. Enak sekali! Bought bus ticket back to Singapore cos the train tickets were all sold out. His mummy brought us and his siblings to pasar malam to buy some food to eat before we leave for sg. Ramly burger again! A must eat food whenever i go there. haha. Say byebye at 7pm as we board the bus. Back in time to hall for his SA duty. As it's quite late already, so i told papa i stayed over and would be back the next day.
So here sums up my schedule the past few days. mama and bro will only be back from waipo's house this saturday. now i am home alone and bored to death! That is why i can write such a long blog. ha! And worse, my laptop is down!!! I cant start up. It will auto shut down during startup. Like mei you li liddat. sian. All my photos and stuffs inside lo. why spoil during my holiday?? stupid. Now have to temporarily use my bro's PC. But when he's back i wun get a chance to use it le.
Anyway, meeting besfren tmr for kbox at orchard! woohoo! cant wait! Have been itching to go kbox since dunno when but was busy with assignments and tests and then exams came. Tmr i shall sing my hearts out! hehe.
